Say Möh!
No form, no hold music, no chatbot. Just humans. Or monsters. We're not entirely sure ourselves. What's certain: someone reads it, and someone answers.
Replies come as fast as a monster can type. With claws, sometimes a day.
hallo@monsterschmiede.com
For ideas, questions, fan mail, cake recipes. Three sentences will do. Attachments welcome, pitch decks get folded.
We answer Mon–Fri. On weekends, even awake monsters sleep.
Mon–Fri, 8 am to 5 pm (CET). A human picks up. If Lachrolland answers, don't be alarmed: he laughs briefly and passes you on.
We share the number with tapemonster. Say “Monster Forge” and you'll land in the right place.

Who should get it?
So your message doesn't end up with bagmonster. It's asleep.
I have an idea
The important one. Email or call the forge, subject “I have an idea.” What happens next: How it works.
Open email with subject →Order tape
Orders, samples, artwork, lead times: straight to Möh! at the tapemonster shop. The whole crew sits there.
Contact at tapemonster →Order cards
PVC, wood, carbon, metal, NFC: the card monster at cardmonster answers those. Real expert advice.
Contact at cardmonster →Press & interviews
Gladly. Subject “Press.” The crew stays incognito, but the monsters give interviews any time. Möh! talks a lot.
Open press email →Invest
Hotline 0800 – NO THANKS. Not connected. Everything else on the page with the cake.
To the Invest page →Wake bagmonster
Please don't. There's a button for that which does nothing. We tested it. Repeatedly.
Try anyway →The non-form
No form. But a cheat sheet.
Forms are for people without monsters. If you still don't know how to start: roll a subject line, start a sentence, hit send. The rest takes care of itself.
- Tell us what's on your mind. Three sentences will do.
- Tell us why you grin while explaining it.
- Let us know if you're bringing cake. It doesn't speed anything up, but everyone's happy.
there's something in my head that won't let me sleep …
This doesn't send anything. It only opens your email app with the subject line. You write the rest.

FAQ
Before you hit send.
Why is there no contact form?
Because forms squeeze messages into fields. Ideas don't fit in fields. We'd rather have an email in your words, and you'll get an answer in ours.
How fast do you reply?
Usually the same or the next business day. We're a small team. If it takes longer, Lachrolland wrote the reply and is still polishing the punchline.
Can I write in German?
Ja. Monster, too, but then we translate it with Möh!, and he's sometimes imprecise.
I have an order with tapemonster or cardmonster. Right place?
Almost. Orders, samples, and artwork go directly to the respective shop: tapemonster contact or cardmonster contact. That's where the monsters sit who have your order in hand.
Can I stop by?
By appointment, gladly. Write first, then the door is open and the fire is on. Without an appointment, only Möh! stands at the door, stuck to it.
I'm an investor and would like to …
We know. This way. There's cake and a detailed answer.
Still here? Then write.
The fire's burning, the monsters are awake (all but one). An email or a call, that's all it takes.
