The Forge
Where ideas become monsters.
The Monster Forge is home to the monsters and a workshop for crazy ideas. We develop them together with the people who have them, and we tag along as monster angels. We don't want money. We want ideas.
Like a startup factory. Just fun, with a wink, and without the rocket science.
Three rooms
What there is to see in the forge.
Three pages, three rooms. Workshop, rulebook, toolbox. Just go through them in order.

How it works
From spark to monster in five steps. What you bring, what we do, how long it takes. Plus the Monster Test, rights, and FAQ.

The Forge, in short.
For anyone in a hurry. The long version lives in the three rooms.
- What we are. A small workshop in the Black Forest that gave birth to tapemonster in 2020, later cardmonster, then a sleeping bagmonster, and now an egg.
- What we're looking for. Ideas. Anything crazy that fits the monster universe. Not just print, not just paper.
- What we give. Experience, tools, network, and hands on. We stand at the anvil with you, apron on, laser pointer off.
- What we don't want. Money. Neither yours nor an investor's. Growth comes from revenue. In detail, with cake.
- How to join. Email or call. No form, no pitch deck. Five steps, and the first one is the hardest: getting in touch.
Heart included. Honestly.
The Monster Code

- §5
A monster laughs.
Mostly at itself.

One roll, one fire, one “Möh!”.
Once upon a time there was a small workshop at the edge of the Black Forest. Two people only wanted to sell tape. Then a roll slipped into the forge fire, and something green climbed out of the smoke. Beneath the forge they later found a mine full of green crystals. Every crystal an idea.
